   All original content, designs, code, and materials developed by Connected Horizons remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
   You retain rights to any materials you provide to us for use in your project.
   Use of our content or materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
    

7. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of the engagement.
    

8. Limitation of Liability
   We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
    

9. Termination
   Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Access to deliverables or services may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.
    

10. Modifications to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
     

11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
